McCarthys are pleased to have been awarded our first Pizza Parlour fit out for a high street chain.
This fit out is part of a larger rollout programme across the UK over the next 12 months.

McCarthys are due to hand over an office space refurbishment completed on time and on budget next week with another phase of core refurbishment in the offering within the same building.
London is also the home to McCarthys design and fit out of a conference centres main board room, core areas and meeting room spaces. works on site commenced 18th March.

London refurbishment final phase On Time On budget
McCarthys are on track to complete the full refurbishment of a Central London 5th floor office space within the tight project programme agreed at tender stage.
Completing the works in 6 weeks is between 3 - 5 weeks quicker than other Tender quotations.
The core of the project was to strip back a previous tenants fit out and return the space to a fully open plan floor to re-let.
Works included:
Full furniture soft fittings strip out;
Flooring and ceiling strip out;
Lighting, Mechanical and Electrical strip out;
New suspended and MF ceilings;
New lighting throughout;
Refurbishment of raised floor;
New flooring;
Decorations and making good of window frames, walls, skirtings;
Minor external refurbishments
McCarthys are handing back the space to the Landlords Agent with a full set of O+ Manuals.
McCarthys also undertook the Asbestos Survey and reporting for the Construction Phase Health+Safety Manual.

Dundee calling
McCarthys have won a competitive tender and now on site with works to split an existing industrial unit to create a subdivision for our clients new tenants.
This is McCarthys first project in Scotland for nearly 10 years.
