A few preview shots of McCarthys completed project in London. These shots are taken from the staff secure locker room and break out space. The locker space is designed for 250+ staff and is separated from the open plan office environment by walls and a set of glass IN and OUT security gates.  

The total floor space refurbished and furnished was near 10,000sq.ft.

Fast Track..... and then some.

McCarthys have completed and handed over a £1.4M fit out project in Birmingham with a construction period of 7 weeks.

  

Rooms to relax

McCarthys are already through 4 of the 6 phases of our clients Conference Facility bedroom and bathroom upgrading programme, here are a few images of the latest refurbished phase.

Working closely with the client, McCarthys produced the designs, specification, finishes which were agreed within a fixed room cost before going to refurbishment programme and commencement on site.

McCarthys completed London strip out and refurbishment project for Landlords re marketing of Space

In the Board Room

McCarthys have completed a high end design and fit out of a Board Room in Central London which has include the design, specification and construction of a be-spoke Glass Board Room table. 

The existing board room was dated with dark woods, floor and wall finishes. McCarthys design transformed the space with light and bright fixtures and finishes. 

The inclusion of an architectural floating ceiling with lighting effects and an integrated AV wall allows the space to be used for video conferencing, presentations as well as a more traditional meeting space.
